Welcome to Little Authors Club! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Authors Club mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Little Authors Club ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account
  • The App is designed for children of all ages to use under parental supervision
  • Children cannot create accounts; parents/guardians manage all accounts and profiles

Account Responsibility

  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

2. The Service

What We Provide

Little Authors Club offers:

  • AI-generated personalized stories for children
  • Audio narration of stories
  • Character creation and management
  • Story library and organization

Service Availability

  • We strive for continuous availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible

AI-Generated Content

  • Stories are generated by artificial intelligence
  • While we implement safety filters, we cannot guarantee all content will meet your expectations
  • You can report any concerning content to support@littleauthors.club

3. Your Account

Creating an Account

  • Provide accurate information when registering
  • One account per person (multiple child profiles allowed)
  • Don't share your account credentials

Account Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time through the app
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

  • We offer various subscription tiers with different features
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions honored until renewal

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • We don't have access to your payment card details
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

Coins

  • Coins are virtual currency used within the app
  • Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Unused coins don't expire but are forfeited upon account termination

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the characters and story ideas you create
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service
  • You're responsible for the content you submit (character names, descriptions, etc.)

Our Content

  • The App, including its design, features, and generated content, is our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use only

6. Acceptable Use

You Agree Not To:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All generated content will be appropriate or accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit to the Service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
