Coins are used to create stories and generate audio narration. You earn coins through your subscription or can purchase coin packs. Different story lengths and features use different amounts of coins.

Yes! You can create up to 5 child profiles under one account. Each profile has its own reading preferences, story library, and age-appropriate content settings.

Go to Settings, then Reading Preferences. You can adjust text size, font style, background color, and reading mode to make reading comfortable for your child.

Little Authors Club is designed for children of all ages, with age-appropriate content filtering for every reading level. Stories are tailored to your child based on their age group. Parents manage all accounts, subscriptions, and purchases.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings in the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Little Authors Club, and choose Cancel Subscription.

We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans. Subscribers get a monthly coin allowance, premium audio voices, unlimited story lengths, and the ability to create more profiles. Each story costs coins to create. Compare plans in Settings under Subscription.

Go to Settings, then Subscription, and tap Redeem Code. Enter your gift code or promo code and the benefits will be applied to your account immediately.

Tap on your coin balance at the top of the screen or go to Settings and select Coin Packs. Choose a pack that suits your needs and complete the purchase through the App Store.

Tap the bookmark icon on any story to save it to your Library. You can also like stories and they'll be easy to find again.

After creating a story, tap the audio button to generate narration. Choose from Standard or Premium voice options. Audio stories are great for bedtime or on-the-go listening!

Templates are pre-designed story frameworks across categories like Educational, Classic, Adventure, Seasonal, Bedtime, and Fantasy. Pick a template, customize the details, and get a beautifully crafted story in seconds!

Once your story is ready, tap Publish to share it with the community. You can choose to keep your profile public or private. Published stories appear in Discover for other readers to enjoy!

We offer a variety of illustration styles to match your story's mood — from watercolor and cartoon to realistic and storybook. Choose your favorite style during story creation and each page will be beautifully illustrated.

Yes! You can archive or delete stories from your Library. Tap on the story, go to its settings, and choose Archive or Delete. Archived stories can be restored anytime.

Yes! You can publish your stories to make them viewable by others. Family subscribers can share their account with up to 5 family members.

We take privacy seriously. We share non-personal story creation data (age range, reading preferences, character descriptions, and custom story instructions) with Google Vertex AI for story generation, and story text with Google Cloud Text-to-Speech for audio narration — never real names or personal identifiers, and never with advertisers. Users provide explicit consent before any data is shared. We comply with COPPA regulations. Parents have full control over account settings through PIN protection.

The parental PIN protects sensitive settings like account management and purchases. Go to Settings and tap Set Up PIN. Choose a 4-digit code that only you as the parent will know.

Go to Settings, then Account, and select Delete Account. You'll have a 30-day grace period during which you can change your mind. After that, all data including stories and profiles will be permanently removed.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link. If you're already logged in, you can change your password in Settings under Account.

Go to the Characters section and tap Create. Follow the step-by-step wizard to name your character, choose their age, gender, type, and personality traits. Your characters will appear in stories you create!

Character traits like brave, kind, curious, or funny shape how your character behaves in stories. The AI weaves these traits into the narrative, making each story feel unique and true to your character's personality!

You can create multiple characters and build your own character library. Each character can be reused across different stories, so your favorite heroes can go on endless adventures!

Absolutely! Your characters are saved in your character library and can be selected for any new story you create. Mix and match characters across different genres and themes for fresh adventures every time.

Story generation usually takes 2-3 minutes depending on length and illustrations. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection and try again. Longer stories with more illustrations naturally take more time.

First, make sure your device isn't on silent mode and the volume is turned up. Check that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try clearing the audio cache in Settings or contact our support team.
